Hi my lovelies,

Please let me know what type of yoga flows you would like to see in the future.

Postnatal Yoga Flow – For Breastfeeding Mums

Hello beautiful mummies,

I have prepared this gentle postnatal yoga flow for you where we will be mainly stretching the neck, shoulders and back. Please make sure you had your 6 weeks check up with your doctor before you start your yoga routine.

Enjoy! Zeynep

Prenatal Morning Yoga Flow

I have put this 20 min Prenatal Morning Yoga Flow together where we will be moving slowly from yoga pose to yoga pose, with full awareness on our breath.

I personally repeated these yoga asanas weekly and it made me really enjoy my pregnancy.

This pregnancy yoga class is for expectant mothers for all levels and for all trimesters. It can help you to prepare for labour and to bond with your baby, moving carefully from posture to posture.
Make sure you move slowly from asana to asana, if you need a rest in between, please take your time and pause the video.

Also, I would advise to talk to your midwife / doctor first, before starting with any type of exercise. This yoga routine is NOT recommended for women with complications during their pregnancy.

I hope you enjoy this 20 min yoga flow. I am looking forward to your comments below.

Prenatal Yoga For Hips & Hamstrings

I have put this 20 min yoga video together where we will be strengthening and stretching our body.
(Stretching: Never too much as our body is producing the hormone Relaxin, which helps to relax the ligaments in the pelvis and softens and widens the cervix).

As I have been experiencing very tight hips and hamstrings, especially during my last trimester, I have included a lot of yoga poses which can help you to release tension in your hips and hamstrings and enjoy your pregnancy.

I personally repeated these yoga asanas weekly and it made me really enjoy my pregnancy.

Heart Opening Yoga Flow

In this new video we will be targeting the back, chest, neck and shoulders. We will be working on building strength and flexibility through deep stretches, heart-openers and backbends.

Enjoy!

Yoga for tight shoulders

I have published a new gentle yoga flow, which will help you to open your shoulders with a few selected yoga poses.

Enjoy!

Yoga for Your Neck

We all know how it feels to have neck pain. It can be very painful, limit us in movement and cause headache or upper back pain.
In a time where computers and phones are becoming more and more important, we spend so much time staring at our devices, without being aware until we feel the pain.

Did you know that our head weighs around 4,5kg (10 pounds)? Now imagine having your head tilt forward for hours and hours, whilst using your phone, sitting at the desk, reading a book.
Do you think that is healthy?

I have put a few neck stretching exercises together, which should help to reduce neck discomfort. Make sure you repeat these exercises regularly and take a few breaks at work where you are not starring at a screen.

20 MIN POWER VINYASA YOGA FLOW

I am sharing with you a 20-min yoga sequence, which you can do if you have limited time or even post cardio workout.

As you can see, I have just been back from a run and here are some stretching exercises which you can do if you still have a bit of energy left.

I am giving you options in this video, so it should be ok to do for everyone. Of course if you are more experienced, you can try to do the more advanced yoga inversions.

Enjoy!
