Hi my lovelies,
I have just published a new yoga flow on my YouTube channel. This yoga sequence is slow paced, perfect to do in the evening, before bed time and a long day at work.
I hope you will like it. Please let me know how you get on!
Hi my lovelies,

I have decided to publish a YouTube video about some of the different yoga shorts that I use, so you can get a better idea about what’s out there and what is appropriate for a yoga class!
I am testing 5 different yoga shorts and discussing following attributes which I find most important in choosing short yoga wear:
1. Comfort
2. Design
3. Washability
4. How appropriate for some poses?
5. Price
The brands I am testing are Björn Borg, Lululemon, Forever 21, Malaika Padma and Bakchich baba.
I would love to hear from you, so please do tag me in any Tweets, Instagram or Facebook posts.
I hope you like this very short yoga apparel review.
Love,
Zeynep
Some of my German friends have already seen it, I made it onto the front cover of the fitness magazine, Shape. It also includes a DVD, showing me teaching some fitness related yoga routines.
Together with Asana Rebel we have filmed lovely yoga sequences for you to be able to do them at home.
If you have not tried it out yet, check it out, the app is available on the App store.
Namaste, Zeynep.
You might have seen me on YouTube already? And yes, it was me! I have been privileged to be part of the Everything 5 Pounds ad. Guess what my role was…a yoga teacher! I really enjoyed this shoot, as I just had to illustrate my fulltime job and the Everything 5 Pounds film crew made it really fun and easy.
I wanted to share with you pictures from my photoshoot with Asana Rebel. It is the second time I have worked with these brilliant people and it’s always super fun and I am delighted with the results. Their new yoga app is online now, so if you want to try it out and practice yoga with me in your home, download it right now (please note that it is only available in Germany at the moment). Enjoy looking through the pictures!
2015 is over and I have only great memories! This year felt like a super roller coaster without ever slowing down.
I was very lucky to have hosted yoga workshops in London and abroad, presented for two big yoga channels, been part of many Hollywood films and met plenty of inspiring souls.
I would like to thank everyone who supported me on my path to get to where I am and to everyone who attended one of my classes. I hope to see you again next year.
I am super excited for the new year with more events, workshops in London, abroad and retreats to come. Please stay tuned on my social media channels for further info.
Enjoy looking through my gallery showing my best of 2015.
Frankfurt is calling very soon!
I will be teaching a 2-hour Rocket Yoga Master class on Friday (16th October) and a 2,5-hour Rocket Yoga class on Saturday (17th October), focusing on inversions such as headstand, forearm balance, handstand (press & straddle) and much more!
The focus will also be on smooth transitions, such as floating/lifting from one posture to the other.
This workshop is not for beginners, you should have done a few yoga classes before and should not be pregnant. We will work with partners, we will sweat and have fun at the same time.
Friday: 7PM – 9PM
Saturday: 10AM – 12.30PM
Studio:
Balance Yoga Institut, Eschersheimer Landstrasse 5-7, 60322 Frankfurt
If you have any questions about the workshop, don’t hesitate to get in touch. See you in Frankfurt!
If you were ever wondering what Rocket Yoga (developed by Larry Schultz) is all about, come to one of my classes and I will teach you some of the most important postures. It is fast paced, wakes up your nervous system and is physically demanding, but all levels are welcome, as there are modifications for each posture.
Here is a little video, which shows you some of the fancy postures:
People who I meet sometimes say that there is nothing I haven’t done, but there was and now I am officially a yoga teacher!
This picture shows me holding the certificate with my toes…well, how else was I supposed to do it?! 😉
