Zeynep is a former Latin American Ballroom dancer and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. After years of competing in gymnastics, dance and martial arts, she found the perfect union in yoga and ever since she has been teaching yoga full time.
Zeynep is an international Yoga teacher, fully accredited with the Yoga Alliance in Rocket Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa (300hr), Prenatal / Postnatal Yoga and Animal Flow.
She specialises in 1-2-1 sessions (due to Covid-19 mainly ONLINE), as she believes that you get the most benefit out of a private lesson, which is tailored for your level and your needs. Each posture is broken down so it is simple to understand and her students gain an in depth knowledge of how to get the most out of her classes and their own training.

Yoga tutorial for everyone, to do anytime & anywhere. Simple, short, with tips and tricks to get you stronger, more flexible and learn to move with more body awareness. We break down all the basic, foundational yoga postures, giving you tips, and making use of props when needed. In the last video we will combine all the poses to do the Sun Salutations A & B together. This programme is perfect for anyone who has never done yoga before or someone who has just started a new yoga class and wants to understand and develop the main yoga poses in their own time, ready to go and show off in your next class!
