Prenatal Energising Yoga Flow

I am very excited to share with you my first 20 min Prenatal Energising Yoga Flow on YouTube.

As I have been experiencing very tight hips and hamstrings, especially during my last trimester, I have included a lot of yoga poses which can help you to release tension in your hips and hamstrings and enjoy your pregnancy.

I personally repeated these yoga asanas weekly and it made me really enjoy my pregnancy.

This pregnancy yoga class is for expectant mothers for all levels and for all trimesters. It can help you to prepare for labour and to bond with your baby, moving carefully from posture to posture.
Make sure you move slowly from asana to asana, if you need a rest in between, please take your time and pause the video.

Also, I would advise to talk to your midwife / doctor first, before starting with any type of exercise. This yoga routine is NOT recommended for women with complications during their pregnancy.

I am so excited to finally release my second yoga programme in English & German (more languages following soon).
This yoga flow programme includes 5 full-body flows and 2 gentle, energising flows for those days you want to take it easy.

The yoga videos are short, so perfect for anyone who is super busy and can only commit a little bit of time for a yoga practice or workout. I am sure your body will be very thankful when you move it at least 10 – 20 min per day.

Sometimes dreams come true, right?

This summer I had the pleasure of flying to Los Angeles for a photoshoot. As I have never been to the West Coast before, this was super exciting for me and I got to work with the amazing Asana Rebel team again.

One of the highlights was the live stream on Facebook, which showed me in action, teaching the local yogis! It was so much fun!

Teaching for the first time in LA, what a dream!

Some days we had to wake up really really early to catch the sunrise. But as you can see, it was  worth it.

Another morning shoot took place at Manhattan beach. It was so early, that the air was still cool and even the sand.

One day we walked along Abbot Kinney Boulevard and could not believe our eyes. This street is full of beautiful street art to enjoy.
