My pregnancy classes include traditional yoga postures (modified for pregnant women), breathing and relaxation.
Private classes are perfect for women who do not feel comfortable in joining public classes or just have no time to go to a studio and prefer the comfort of their own home.
In private yoga sessions you would have the chance to ask questions, we will break down postures and you will receive personalised alignment instructions.
Zeynep teaches privately, covering all areas in London.
