POSTNATAL YOGA

Todays video is a postnatal yoga flow for all mums, dads and especially breastfeeding mums.
We will be going through postnatal stretches for backpain and sore necks.
I have been breastfeeding for 2 years and I remember being very stiff around the neck, shoulders and lower back. Here is a 30 min yoga flow including all the yoga postures which helped me to feel better in my body. Enjoy!
