Abs Challenge – 2nd Week

Hi guys,
I have been seeing on social media that you are all doing very well. I absolutely love your motivation!! Keep it up!
As promised, today you are getting a new video, this one includes 10 exercises and is longer!

Of course if you need longer breaks in between the exercises stop and press play again!
Make sure you eat healthy and keep hydrated!
