Yoga for Feet NOW ON YOUTUBE

Have you ever spent time stretching and strengthening your feet?

In my YouTube video I am sharing my favourite foot exercises with you. If you exercise your feet regularly, it will improve your foot health and it will also reduce your risk of injury.

Here are a few more tips, which will help to keep your feet healthy:

1. Walk barefoot (indoors)
2. Don’t wear shoes that are too tight
3. Give your feet a massage
4. Strengthen & stretch your feet
5. Avoid wearing high heels too often
6. Lift your legs up now and again to take the weight off them
7. Wash your feet regularly, cut your toe nails, keep them clean

I hope I can motivate you to try out my exercises. Our feet carry us around, so please look after them!
