Be kind to your mind – It is World Mental Health Day

Do you know the feeling of being stressed? Stress can affect your mind and body in many ways. It is a common factor that affects mental health, often leading to conditions like anxiety, depression, muscle tension, stomach problems, sleep disorder…the list is long! Some of us might have even experienced some of the effects.

Meditation helps us to calm down, clearing our mind and reducing stress. That is why I thought I share a little tutorial about meditation with you. It is for everyone, especially newbies, who have never meditated before and are curious enough to give it a go.
