This is my first try of doing a handstand after giving birth.. ☺️ I was a little nervous first, considering I haven’t done a handstand for a whole year!! Tbh, I wasn’t craving any inversions during and after pregnancy. Now I just wanted to check if my body still remembers.. and yes!! I was pleased with this little try. 👏 Not the longest and a little wobbly, but it’s nice to see that my body is slowly recovering. 💪 .
