This yoga flow programme includes 5 full-body flows and 2 gentle, energising flows for those days you want to take it easy.
The yoga videos are short, so perfect for anyone who is super busy and can only commit a little bit of time for a yoga practice or workout. I am sure your body will be very thankful when you move it at least 10 – 20 min per day.
